I saw the Health with Bec 3 week body reset advertised for about 6 months before I decided to give it a go. I’d be slowly been gaining weight for about 3 years and despite training and having a relatively good diet just couldn’t get back to my ideal weight. My clothes were getting tight and I didn’t feel like myself. I thought it’s 3 weeks I’ll give it a go and I’m so glad I did. I stuck to the plan with one blow out weekend and still managed to reduce my measurements. It’s not just a plan it’s so much more than here are your meals off you go. There is a scientific approach couched in empathetic delivery to not only change your relationship with food but taps into what core motivation will drive you when surface level motivation is lacking. 5 stars would recommend!

Just the ‘reset’ I needed. Simple and easy to follow and importantly able to be adjusted to suit a busy lifestyle. Takes away the thinking about what to cook for dinner. Meals were quick, easy and delicious. Lost 3.5kg in 3 weeks. I’ll definitely keep going. I feel like the changes I’ve made to my diet following this plan are easily sustainable.
