I stumbled across bec’s podcast and decided to buy the winter warmers ebook and used the recipes for dinners. I followed bec’s principles to adapt my then breakfasts and lunches (adding good fats). I lost 9kg in 9 weeks. I only do dog walks no other exercise currently.
I then pre booked the 3 week body reset to join after a 3 week holiday (which I maintained my weight using bec’s guidelines). I just finished the 3 weeks and lost a further 3.2kgs. I have now joined the tribe.
I love how the recipes are easy to follow, a lot have the same staples, they are filling, my husband is also loving them. The best is that it has taken away the stress of thinking what’s for dinner. I organise and shop is blocks of 3 days (sundays & Wednesdays)
