I am so pleased I joined the 3WBR after years of struggling with my weight.. This program was easy to follow & I gained so many positives throughout the 3 weeks.. Sugar cravings have completely vanished, energy levels have increased, bloating has subsided & I'm feeling better than I have in years.. Thank you Bec & team, I have now joined "The Tribe" & am working my way through your Podcast.. I have a totally different mindset & I'm kicking personal goals..

I loved Bec’s 3 WBR program. Not only was it easy to cook the meals, the recipes required inexpensive every day groceries making it very affordable. I lost 4kg in 3 weeks and didn’t feel I was starving myself. My energy levels increased and my clothes fit so much better. Highly recommend
