So greatful for everything I have learnt. After years of yo-yo dieting I knew I had to find a way to keep the changes I made and still enjoy real food or The weight would just come back. The recipes are amazing and filling and I didn't have any trouble replacing sugar and carbs with better more nutritious food. My husband also ate most of the food and being a picky eating it was great to be able to swap protein sources. I was never hungry or snacks...always so full so it really helped to stay on track. I did lose 3kg in my reset but the best part was the bloating gone, joint aches gone and the best sleeps of my life! Thank you Bec!

i am not one to leave reviews however this diet was a very tasty one. Challenged my cooking skills to no end however found it pretty easy to follow.
