I’ve found it super easy to keep on track. I've been struggling with my weight loss goals since I broke my ankle in 2023 and perimenopause hit. Everything went out the window. Until I started the 3 week body reset I felt like I couldn’t stick to anything.
On the 3 week body reset I lost 4.4kg. I’ve lost 10cm from my waist, about the same from my chest and about 5cm from my hips.
My clothes are feeling a bit looser, the bloating is gone, and my indigestion is significantly reduced!!!!
Best thing is I’ve really enjoyed the change. The food is awesome.
