Bec’s reset program is a worthy regime to follow. I am not a spring chicken and did want to lose some kilos; over the years my weight crept up and so did the bloating. I’ve never been a dieter per se, but I knew I needed to further change my eating habits, something that I didn’t starve on. Thankfully as promised there was ample food and I enjoyed it. I was happy to have two free meals per week. So good! The program is very informative, educational and enlightening. I had previously reduced my sugar intake, so did not really suffer those side effects. What I personally learnt was portion awareness, making better and new choices and a different perspective on food and the importance of protein and nutrients etc. I was committed to the reset program; however I didn’t get to fully complete the 3rd week due to unforeseen circumstances and I still was able to lose 3.5kgs. It’s great to find something that works. I am so grateful to have found Health with Bec. Obviously I have been singing the praises of this program, referring it to my friends and family!

I’m absolutely loving this program. It’s changing my life in so many ways. Especially my ‘soul tie’ to sugar being broken off my life. The ‘Why’ Bec gets you to do in the pre-work is gold. That kept me focused through the 3 week reset program. I use my Why Statement through everyday life not just for food. I highly recommend Health With Bec.

After trying lots of different diets that never worked, I tried the 3 week reset by Health with Bec. We are travelling in a Toyota Coaster and don't have access to all all ingredients, kitchen tools etc. But we were still able to make the plan work. Although I didn't follow it to a tee, I still lost 16 cm off my body measurements. Not sure about weight as we don't have scales. Bloating has definitely gone down and feel better within myself. Would definitely recommend this lifestyle as it is already planned for you. Meals can be swapped as can the protein. Have loved all the recipes and they are large in comparison to a restrictive diet. My husband is obsessed with the pumpkin bread and we have just made the banana bread. Very happy with my progress and have just joined the tribe as I want to continue to learn and lose weight while enjoying beautiful food. Thanks Bec
