Bec’s reset program is a worthy regime to follow. I am not a spring chicken and did want to lose some kilos; over the years my weight crept up and so did the bloating. I’ve never been a dieter per se, but I knew I needed to further change my eating habits, something that I didn’t starve on. Thankfully as promised there was ample food and I enjoyed it. I was happy to have two free meals per week. So good!
The program is very informative, educational and enlightening. I had previously reduced my sugar intake, so did not really suffer those side effects. What I personally learnt was portion awareness, making better and new choices and a different perspective on food and the importance of protein and nutrients etc.
I was committed to the reset program; however I didn’t get to fully complete the 3rd week due to unforeseen circumstances and I still was able to lose 3.5kgs. It’s great to find something that works. I am so grateful to have found Health with Bec. Obviously I have been singing the praises of this program, referring it to my friends and family!
