I completed the 3 week body reset last week and results have been truly amazing. I lost 7.9kg and am continuing to lose (another 1kg this week). I am 56, and currently on the back-end of the 'dreaded' menopause. I was suffering bloating, weight gain creep, everyday exhaustion before I started, but I'm turning it around thanks to Bec's easy-to-follow reset program and the super convenience of the weekly shopping guide. I'm finding alternatives that I never knew existed (the yeast flakes are amazing) that are healthy, weight friendly and really, really tasty. I am sort-of recycling the 3 week reset to suit me and picking out my most loved and most convienient recipes. I love that all of the caloric values are so similar so it's very easy to do this. With Bec being a fully qualified nutritionist and with her on-line tutorials, I have the confidence to trust the process as it truly is based in science and how your body responds to what you eat. I fully intend to join the tribe shortly to continue to learn even more from others on the same journey as the conversations just on fb are interesting and I can really relate to some of the questions that others are asking. This for me is MY change of life(style) because as I get older.....well, things don't work or bounce back quite like they used to. Bec's program is really what everyone needs.
