A friend introduced me to the Health with Bec 3 week body reset. Her results were impressive so I decided to give the plan a go. I'd put on 10kgs seemingly overnight as the result of perimenopause and needed to change something!! The plan was easy to follow, allowed for loads of food... more than I could eat, and actually worked without being restrictive. I even enjoyed the odd glass of my favorite wine.
