I recently finished the 3-Week Reset with Health with Bec and I’m honestly really happy with the results. I lost a few kilos and several centimetres across my waist, bust and hips, but more importantly it helped me get back into healthy habits after the festive season.
One thing I really appreciated was that the program allows for a flexible start date, which gives you time to get your head around the approach and do any prep you might need before beginning. That made it feel much more achievable rather than rushed.
The program definitely works, but what really stood out to me was the support from the team. There’s a lot of encouragement during the reset, and when you transition into the Tribe afterwards, there’s even more guidance and support to help you keep going.
I also joined one of Bec’s Zoom calls and she came across as really genuine and authentic, which made me feel even more confident in the program.
The recipes are fantastic – tasty, simple and easy to follow. I also love that Bec recommends specific products to use. I don’t often see that in other programs and it makes everything much easier to implement in real life. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into how the program is designed.
If you feel stuck in a yo-yo dieting cycle, I’d definitely recommend giving it a go. It feels much more like learning sustainable habits and building a healthy lifestyle rather than just doing another diet.
