What an amazing way of eating. Super flexible, easy to follow recipes. My body feels so much healthier, always full & more energised. I would highly recommend. Everyone is so supportive & always ready to encourage when you feel like you are not doing it right. I love the attitude of the 80/20 theory, if you have a bad day, it is ok, just jump back on tomorrow. Been a game changer for me. Don’t wait for the right time, have a go now & you can adapted as you go. There is a lot of information which is so helpful but don’t try to do it all in a day.
