So happy that I took the step and started this journey with Health with Bec, I have enjoyed the support and recipes immensely and thanks to that I have achieved great results in the 3 week reset. I loved it so much I have now joined the Tribe and am looking forward to changing my my of life moving forward.

Easy to follow recipes without too many ingredients that are easy to find at your local supermarket plus it takes all the guess work out of thinking about what to cook for the week.

I've just completed the 3 week body reset and WOW - I feel great! I lost 4.1kg (it went down, then up, then down again) but I had to trust the process - it's the long game..... So now I've joined the Tribe and I cant wait to lose more!!! What surprised me the most, was I actually ended up enjoying cooking!! I used to HATE cooking (my husband did it) and sometimes the recipes initially seem a little dawnting (time wise) BUT ACTUALLY, it was quite quick preparing the meals on a daily basis - about 30mins each night to prepare dinner (usual amount of time). I got rid of my sugar cravings, bloat and never felt starving! Oh and what ALSO surprised me was, I actually ENJOYED intermittent fasting and being OK with a bit of a hunger feeling. It's OK to feel hungry -we're meant too. Cave men didn't have fridges and pantry's full of food - did they?!
