I've just completed the 3 week body reset and WOW - I feel great! I lost 4.1kg (it went down, then up, then down again) but I had to trust the process - it's the long game..... So now I've joined the Tribe and I cant wait to lose more!!! What surprised me the most, was I actually ended up enjoying cooking!! I used to HATE cooking (my husband did it) and sometimes the recipes initially seem a little dawnting (time wise) BUT ACTUALLY, it was quite quick preparing the meals on a daily basis - about 30mins each night to prepare dinner (usual amount of time).
I got rid of my sugar cravings, bloat and never felt starving! Oh and what ALSO surprised me was, I actually ENJOYED intermittent fasting and being OK with a bit of a hunger feeling. It's OK to feel hungry -we're meant too. Cave men didn't have fridges and pantry's full of food - did they?!
