I had been watching Health with Bec for a while on Facebook and thought it looked like something I wanted to try to assist with healing my gut and losing weight. But I was a little unsure about words like "low carb" and especially "no sugar" . I decided to rid myself of my stressful job last year so in January I had time to look further into Health with Bec and decided to get on board with the 3 week reset - what could I lose? Well I lost 3 kg in 3 weeks with my bloating going within days - and this was with a couple of major birthday celebrations in that 3 weeks.
I would really recommend trying the 3 week reset if you are looking to change the way you eat - this is about changing your understanding of food and how it interacts with your body. I am continuing on with the menus (I love a menu, it makes it so easy for the week when everyone is working and busy, plus ensures you only buy what you need and limit food wastage) and looking forward to further better health and weight loss.
