Just completed the 3 Week Body Reset and I found the plan really good for teaching me some alternate ingredients and swaps for how I would have normally cooked. So I’m hoping to make these changes a regular fixture moving forward.
I also noticed how fuller I’ve felt, as I would normally have been craving something sweet for morning tea . I feel I have the confidence now to know I can go till lunch before eating.
The meals were really enjoyable, I managed to stick to the meal plan, only swapping the mushroom & tofu meals to prawns.
Whilst the scales didn't move (I had lost 2kgs just prior to commencing) I definitely noticed a difference in my body shape and clothes fitting much easier. Well worth joining up!
