First time doing the 3 week reset, I didn’t completely do it right but made so many positive changes, the meals are great and easy to follow.Bec has done an amazing thing for us women over 50 , challenges that can come our way but this way of eating is amazing

I have done the 3 week body reset and it was amazing! I have learned sooo much and the food was delicious too. I was a bit sceptical at first as I just bought a thermomix a few months ago but the recipes are very easy to adjust to the Thermo. Once you know your thermomix you’ll know what to do with Bec’S recipes. I was also sceptical as I had a car accident one year ago and due to medication that I am still taking now, I have put on 10kg’s and my metabolism has slowed right down. But I loved and really enjoyed the 3wbr and still following it 6 weeks after. I have lost 4kg and it really didn’t feel like restricting anything. Most of all I enjoyed learning about fasting in week 3. I’m still doing fasting a lot through the week as I can’t exercise much at the moment due to a neck flare up. But thanks to bec’s recipes and advice I’m still loosing weight. Such a game changer!!!! Thank you so much and it was absolutely worth the money!!!!!! Kira xxx
