I’ve loved my first three weeks on the HWB program. I have had loads of energy, haven’t been hungry once and have enjoyed the food immensely. I’d highly recommend it to anybody who is looking to lose some weight or just looking to rebalance your gut (and general) health.

What a journey. Just turned 50 and decided enough is enough. Having tried a multitude of different diet plans/strategies I thought I'd give "Health with Bec" a try. Best health investment yet. She walks you through exactly what to eat and uses the power of why to keep you going .There is support via podcasts, emails and facebook groups. And most importantly, I wasn't hungry. I didn't think that was possible. So 4 weeks in and 6.1kg down. If you are on the fence, take the plunge and spend the time and money on yourself. You will not regret it.

Very impressed with Health with Bec, great food/recipes and easy to follow. I read Dr Will Bulsiewicz's book a few years ago to help me manage chronic IBD but struggled to convert this into meals / good quality food. My IBD and overall health has significantly improved following Health with Bec. Thank you.
