Having spent 10 months on weight loss medication, and achieved some weight loss, I had plateaued and stopped loosing weight, and was looking to stop taking the medication. In addition to the plateau of weight loss, I was starting to experience low mood, loss of strength and very low energy. I came across Health With Bec's 3wk Body reset during my research on lifestyles to support myself once I came off the medication and I am so very very grateful that I did. Whilst the pre-read was wonderfully detailed, Bec gives you great information on what is ahead, what to expect and how to get through any withdrawal symptoms that you may experience during the first week or so. The daily emails in that first week are a great support as well And I finally got clarity on exactly why I had plateaued which was a BIG eye opener. There is also no pressure on when to start your reset. If you need to take 1, 2, or even three weeks to absorb the info in the pre-read, you are more than able too. Overall, I have lost 2.8kgs and 10cm in the 3wks but more importantly, my mood has lifted along with my energy levels and I am back into Pilates to get those muscles back into the shape they used to be in! Needless to say, I have gone on to join The Tribe and am into Day 2 of this, and can confidently say, I will love this part of the journey as well. So, Bec, a MASSIVE thank you for all that you do. Your program has not only helped me move through coming off weight loss medication, it has taught me so much and shown me that there is a way to live without weekly injections and all that comes with that. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I have just recommitted to the 3 week body reset. My first time was interrupted by a remote camping trip where it all became a little too hard due to the newness of the program. Having said that I was following the program for a couple of weeks and in that time I certainly saw an improvement. The bloat had gone, a flatter tummy and sugar cravings had reduced dramatically. Not to mention a 1.5kg weight loss. So, I am looking.g forward to recommitted to the 3 weeks and being a member of the Tribe.

I have tried everything from counting points...eating tiny portions and taking expensive supplements...cooking everything from scratch and spending my whole weekend in the kitchen...some of which worked but wasn't something I felt I could make a lifestyle...I started the 3WBR at a time when my weight loss journey had stalled and I love this program and the tasty and filling food....I lost close to 3kg which is brilliant and I've been working my way through Bec's podcasts and hearing so many fabulous successes and gaining invaluable knowledge. Highly recommended...it works and its flexible to be a lifestyle program.
