Life changing! Thank you Bec for creating this program. I have been following the Health with Bec lifestyle for exactly 12 months now and I will never look back. The recipes are delicious, I have maintained my goal weight for almost 6 months AND I have a cheat day every Saturday! So I never feel like I’m missing out. I simply choose 4 or 5 meals to cook each week which I have for lunches and dinners, mix up breakfasts between 3 of my faves and I always have a freezer full of Health with Bec snacks for in between!
