I have tried them all, so I am very rehearsed on all the dos and don’ts. Before this program I was on a more restrictive gut health program, which was never going to be sustainable long term. This program gave me more food options and varieties and showed me how to structure that in my day/week while still loosing weight.
This is my forever eating now.
