It’s a bit tricky to rate something like this because this lifestyle isn’t going to be for everyone but, for me, it’s the best “diet” program I’ve ever come across. I don’t like to be rigid with my eating so I only followed it loosely but I still saw great results (including 2kg weight loss and 5cm off my tummy). I think it’s practical and sustainable because it’s built on simple principles with a large amount of hand-holding to keep you on track. I also think it’s great value. I plan to keep going with it, in my own relaxed way.
