Doing the 3 week reset with HWB was easy and really helped me feel like I have achieved something valuable and I'm driven to continue and keep achieving! In just over 3 weeks, I lost 5kg and feel more energetic, lighter and less bloated and weighed down by the bad foods (=sugar) I was eating. I'm well on my way to my goal weight, but most importantly, to being a healthier version of myself.
I've tried a lot of different 'diets' and what made this great is:
- education around weight loss and different foods and nutrients
- easy to follow meal plans that are flexible and even give you a little freedom for a couple of 'non-diet' meals per week
- great recipes that are tasty and can be adapted for the family.
Now my hubby has decided to try it too after seeing how great I look and feel.
