After years going from diet to diet trying to find the cause of my gut problems and feeling continuously bloated I found the one. It's not an easy road to leave behind your old eating habits and try to stay on the healthy path but after the 3 weeks resset I was very happy with the resuts and decided to continue. I miss certain foods but not the pain and uncomfortable feeling that I was suffering almost after every meal. I will strongly recommend this diet to anyone. The food is very yummy to my surprise. And the best part is that it includes lots of dessert and snacks recipes! Thanks a lot Bec for putting this together ❤️

This is the only thing that has worked for me to lose weight and stay on the plan. I've tried all sorts of things before but Bec's great straightforward plan with yummy recipes that keep you full have worked wonders for me. I've only completed the first 3 weeks but am looking forward to eating this way from now on. It's the first eating plan that I feel is sustainable and that I enjoy. A side benefit is that I've remembered that I really love cooking! Thanks Bec. This has been life changing.
