Reflecting this morning on the things I have had to “give up” following the 3WBR - because when you are on a “diet” you have to give things up right?
So far I have given up feeling bloated, waking up tired, sugar cravings, unsettled skin, self criticism, constantly thinking about food, excessive exercise and 4.5kg.
Feeling pretty happy with myself for taking this step…..and grateful for how I’m feeling. Thanks Bec and all of the Facebook group members for cheering me on from the sidelines
