Fantastic program with all the nutritional education as well as well thought out meal plans included in the program. Set up for success you are given short educational courses to watch and complete small tasks to get you thinking about WHY you want to improve your health. Then you progress onto the meal plans with all the macros set out for you including shopping lists of ingredients needed to complete the plan each week. Regular emails checking in on your progress means you are well supported and can ask questions. Facebook groups to help connect with other people in the program and another option to ask questions. I started listening to Body Bites with Bec podcast and loved the approach. So well planned and thought out this program is for anyone wanting to improve their health with nutrition, weight loss and education around it all. Highly recommend. Easy to follow and best of all the food tastes delicious! New recipes are available on her website to try out out before committing too.

Reflecting this morning on the things I have had to “give up” following the 3WBR - because when you are on a “diet” you have to give things up right? So far I have given up feeling bloated, waking up tired, sugar cravings, unsettled skin, self criticism, constantly thinking about food, excessive exercise and 4.5kg. Feeling pretty happy with myself for taking this step…..and grateful for how I’m feeling. Thanks Bec and all of the Facebook group members for cheering me on from the sidelines
