I lost over 3kgs with the 3 week body reset. The meals are much nicer than I expected and I was never hungry the whole time because there’s so much protein in the meals. I have never stuck to a diet in the past but this guide was really good for me because I didn’t feel as though I was starving myself.

Bec’s 3 week body reset program has changed my life in just three weeks. I’ve been struggling since my daughter was born (now 3 years ago) with my weight (and even before!!) I would lose some, but when awful events occurred such family members passing away, postpartum depression etc it always came back with a couple of buddies (kilos) and with a vengeance. I’ve not been able to lose ANY weight for 1.5 years and watched as the scales grew higher and higher. During these 3 years I’ve joined and wasted money on so many fad diets and consultations with my GP, all to no avail. I’m 5ft 4, and was 115 kgs before I found HWB, chronically tired, lethargic and seriously unhealthy. My doctor recommended me NOT to sign up, and to instead consider expensive weight-loss medication or surgery. My blood pressure was sky rocketing, I couldn’t walk 200m without being breathless and sweaty and at 36 years old, my outlook on life was very, very low. I begun eating and preparing myself for the 3WBR the week before, and I managed to drop kilos before properly starting. As of 25th Nov 24 I weighed in at 108.7 kgs. On 09 Dec 24 I weighed in at 101.7 kgs!!! In. Three. Weeks. Added bonus - the community vibe is AMAZING! I’ve now joined the tribe, and can’t WAIT to continue being healthy. My teenage daughter has also dropped kgs just from eating better even WITH their added carbs which is helping her self esteem increase. These unglamorous photos of my face prove this plan worked in 3 weeks! Hello again cheek bones and semi jawline! I’m not brave enough to post body ones just yet! But maybe one day! If you’re sitting on the fence, fall off, and give it a try - best damn thing I’ve done for myself in a very long time! Thank you Bec!
