I was very skeptical about the 3 week body reset as i have tried so many different diets over the years and none have works BUT this one actually does. It was so incredibly easy to follow and i was amazed at how quickly the sugar cravings stopped. I am a HUGE chocoholic yet on the program I didn't want it at all, even when offered my favourite it was easy to say no. I am an almond milk convert - thought i would hate it but love it with my daily coffee day. Honestly this program was so easy and i lost 3kgs. i plan to continue as much as I can. TRY IT TODAY!

I would highly recommend this way of eating, you are always full never go hungry and the meals are easy to prep, but I think you need to be organised. My husband did it with me and he has enjoyed it also, so I have now joined up for the Tribe and look forward to more interesting meal plans. Thank you Bec and her many followers who kindly answered some of my questions. Trish
