I completed the 3 week body reset in July last year. It was very easy to stick to the plan and feel completely satiated every day. I was very proud of the small shop of healthy food, meat and veg I stocked up to start. I felt healthier in the checkout line before I even started! Lots of great learning about real food on this and subsequently with the Tribe. Thanks Bec for this wonderful program and all the time you give via podcasts and coaching calls.

As a busy 47yo mum of 3, and perimenopausal, I haven't had any real success with dieting, including weight watchers, until I started Health with Bec. This lifestyle change (not another diet) has literally been so easy to do, and in only 5 weeks I am 4 kilos lighter and have lost 4 cms around my waist. I assumed my meno belly was here to stay, and was unable to lose more than 2 kilos over 6 months on my last programme . I'm never hungry, and can still have the treats. I love this way of eating and am so grateful to have tried Health with Bec, and am now in the Tribe!

I completed the 3 week body reset in July 2024 after trying so many other weight loss programs. I felt great at the end of the 3 weeks and really recommend that before starting you do all of the pre-work, as it will make it that much easier to follow and understand why the program works. I continued onto the Tribe and I have maintained my weight loss without feeling bad about eating outside the program every now and then. I don’t feel deprived and my body overall feels so much better for this way of eating, very little bloating and it also helps me manage my peri-menopausal systems as well. Thanks Bec for your great program which was recommended to me by my functional medicine doctor.
