For well over a year I had reduced what I was eating and drinking. Mainly eating smaller amounts which included lots green veg. I saw no result. I kept seeing Health with Bec and decided now that I’m retired , it’s now or never, and I do not regret it. I did the three week body reset, lost 4.45 kg and 8.5 cm off my waist. The program was easy to follow and you have, I mean lots of support. I’m beyond excited and now continue to eat the way I have now been shown. It’s fairly similar with some tweaking. I’m now exercising, riding my bike with my husband every day and feel fantastic. So if you’re procrastinating just take the plunge and do it . You won’t be disappointed.
