I have just finished the 3 week body reset and am feeling less bloated and have lost just over 2kg. I have really enjoyed the meal plan, the food is delicious and very flavorful, even Hubby is enjoying the dinners and cooking from the recipe when I am at work. I am feeling great and positive about finding a great nutrition plan and finally losing some hard to shift menopausal weight. Thanks Bec for all your work and inspiration!

I have just completed Health with Bec's 3 week body reset and I feel great, bloating, lethargy or constipation are gone. I didn't necessarily join to lose weight, I just wanted to feel better and have more energy but as a huge bonus I have actually lost 5kg of stubborn post menopausal weight. I have done minimal exercise just some walking on the weekends but the weight has come off steadily. I have now joined the Tribe and I plan to continue to eat according to Bec's meal plans for continued good health. Thank you Bec for putting together such a comprehensive program that is helping so many woman xc

I have just finished the 3 week body reset and couldn’t be happier with the results. I am 4 kilos lighter and feel a lot less bloated. My sugar cravings have significantly decreased. All the recipes are tasty and easy to follow. I am pleased I was able to push the start date forward to give myself plenty of time to do the prep reading, shopping and make the snacks so that I was very ready and organised to start day 1.
