Loved the 3WBR to help with my gut & inflammation issues. Big improvement with bloating, less joint pain & puffiness and my skin is clearing up. I ate more calories than the plan recommended (as I workout often & am in perimenopause) and know my body needs at least 400cals more than the plan recommends but I still managed to loose over 1.5kg (unintentionally) which hopefully was excess inflammation. Love the lifestyle and will continue to remain mostly gluten and dairy free.
