I did be a 3 weeks body reset and lost 5kg! Would definitely recommend giving it a go

I feel so much healthier, simple steps to follow. Cutting out gluten was the best for me, I already ate low sugar.

OMGosh! I have just completed the 3 week Health with Bec Body Reset and I'm impressed! It really is a well thought out plan with very tasty recipes that are easy to prepare. I am blown away by the exceptional support (in the form of timely emails each week to keep me on track) and the ease of the recipes. I've also become an avid listener to Bec's free podcast "Body Bites with Bec" where I have learned so much and continue to do so. The results for me were small but very significant. 2 kgs lost in 3 weeks. I now see this as a manageable lifestyle change that I can maintain long term. I am 62yo and post menopausal. I am feeling more confident about ridding myself of unwanted kilos in a healthy way and am convinced I found the pathway to good health in my later years. Thank yo so much Bec and your amazing team!
