I have just finished the 3 week body reset and couldn’t be happier with the results. I am 4 kilos lighter and feel a lot less bloated. My sugar cravings have significantly decreased. All the recipes are tasty and easy to follow. I am pleased I was able to push the start date forward to give myself plenty of time to do the prep reading, shopping and make the snacks so that I was very ready and organised to start day 1.

Healthy, lifestyle menu plans, shopping lists and education with all the macros already worked out for you. It couldn't be easier plus the recipies are seriously tasty, easy to follow and often, I couldn't eat the amount I'd cooked and had left overs. This is not a diet. It's healthy eating 1-0-1 and Becs passion is evident both in her podcast and the devious meals and education you can access. It's a very impressive package that's not just about healthy eating but about understanding why and what the food we eat does in very clear language. Ditch the Rest, Becs the Best!
