After feeling hungry and headachy in the first few days, my body adapted to the new way of eating and I haven’t looked back. No sugar cravings, less bloat, sleeping better and am absolutely loving the recipes. A 4kg weight loss after the 3 weeks was an added bonus. I even managed to stick to it while working and juggling getting our house ready to sell. That’s how easy it was to follow. Winning all round! I’m a creature of habit so I’m happily repeating the 3 weeks now.
