The 3 Week Body Reset helped me re-establish a positive relationship with food and lose weight sustainably. I lost about 3kg over 3 weeks and continued with the program consistently for 3 months - in total I lost 10kg and have kept it off for 12 months after I stopped following the program. I still make 1 or 2 of Bec’s meals every week and keep the overall principles in mind to eat healthier.

Can't recommend Health with Bec enough! It’s not just a program, it’s a complete lifestyle change for the better. Since starting 15 months ago, I have lost just over 20kilos and am feeling so much better physically and mentally. Ive tried many fad diets in the past that all turned out to be short term fixes, however Health with Bec is so easy to keep up with in the long term with delicious meals and keeping the weight off. I don't see myself ever stopping after seeing and living the results I have gotten. Give it a go, you wont be disappointed.

I completed the 3 week body reset in July last year. It was very easy to stick to the plan and feel completely satiated every day. I was very proud of the small shop of healthy food, meat and veg I stocked up to start. I felt healthier in the checkout line before I even started! Lots of great learning about real food on this and subsequently with the Tribe. Thanks Bec for this wonderful program and all the time you give via podcasts and coaching calls.
