I was recommend the 3 week reset by a friend and man I am so glad I did it. In 3 weeks I lost 4kg and while I have a lot more to lose it has given me the confidence to keep going. The meal plans and shopping list makes it so easy to stick to. I found I couldn’t eat all the food cause I was so full which in itself is an achievement cause before the reset I spent my day constantly wanting food but clearly was eating all the wrong things . I love how Becs keeps it real and explains everything that is happening. My constant sore tummy has gone , and my aches are no longer . I however did find my constipation increased with the change in diet but I reached out to Becs and she gave me advice on what to do . I have joined the tribe and also now joined a gym. So excited I really feel like it won’t be long till I am back to being a healthier happier slimmer version of me.

I started this program in December 2023, and since then, I’ve lost 18 kg! The initial Three-Week Body Reset alone helped me drop 7 kg, and the results have been both sustainable and life-changing. As a full-time working mum of four, including children with additional needs, finding something that fits into my lifestyle and actually works has been a game-changer. I’ve always been into fitness, but life got in the way, and I hadn’t been exercising regularly for years. This program helped me find my way back—not only with fitness but also with food education and mindset. Since starting, I’ve taken up Pilates three times a week (something I’d never thought I’d love!), and for the first time in years, I feel more in control of my health. I used to constantly feel bloated, tired, and unwell due to insulin resistance and IBS. I was even on medication, but after following this program and adjusting my eating habits, I was able to stop the medication in early 2024—and haven’t looked back. The program has not only helped me improve my physical health but also boosted my energy and motivation. I’ve even noticed improvements in my children’s health and focus, thanks to the food knowledge I’ve picked up along the way. I’m still working towards my next goal, but I’m incredibly grateful for the tools, resources, and inspiration provided. Thank you for creating something so real, manageable, and empowering!

Absolutely fabulous. On the 3-week body reset the meal plans were easy and delicious. The initial sugar detox wasn't easy but I stuck with it as the meals in the plan were exciting and something to look forward to. I am loving the learning journey along the way, with the podcast a massive inspiration booster as I learnt new bite size pieces of information on each listen. After 3 weeks I lost 5kg however it is my change in mood and sleep that I have noticed more! Do yourself a favour!
