Before finding out about Health with Bec, I tried everything in terms of dieting. Being a very active person who rides close to 200ks a week, swims on alternate days and has thrown gym workouts into the mix as well. I really struggled to understand why I couldn't lose any weight as I didn't really eat that badly. Through all this I barely lost 5kg. I have been on the Health with Bec journey for 4 weeks and as I close in on measurement/weigh in day I've lost close to 4.5kgs in 4 weeks. I have learnt so much about food, and I'm building an understanding of what my body needs to operate. It has been an absolute game changer for me. Thank you Bec.
