This is an exceptionally well thought out plan. It takes all the thinking out of eating healthy. There is a lot of variety, and if you dont like the thought of a meal, you can very easily swap out for another of similar calories. I didnt undertake this plan to lose weight necessarily, it was more to find out what quantities I can eat, and the best ingredients to use. I would highly recommend this programme

Wow I did not expect to feel so amazing. I have been treading water for best part of 3 years with weight gain, menopause playing havoc and pretty much throwing every symptom possible at me. I have tried to eat well and do the right thing but nothing lasted for long before old habits came back. I was eating too much, drinking too much and before I knew it had put on 12kg. Weighed myself at 83kg and just felt deflated, angry and lost. That was when I decided enough was enough and signed up to the 3WBR where the weight started to move and I started to feel so much better. I am now just at the end of week 4 having joined the tribe, I have lost 5kg and I feel great, have so much more energy, I’m waking in the morning having slept better and I’m ready to start the day. I can’t thank you enough as i feel I have managed to get some control over my life, the menopause symptoms have all but gone and I’m keen to continue with this lifestyle change you’ve made it so easy. Thank you. Ps even my hubby has enjoyed the meals

A really positive experience, not just a chance for my body to reset but for me to truly look at my eating habits and relationship with food in general. After the 3-week body reset, I feel less bloated, more energy and the brain fog has lifted!!!
