I’m the sort of person who falls off the wagon for 1 meal or 1 day and I’ll throw the whole damn thing! That was one of the best parts about Health with Bec, she really drives it home that a healthy lifestyle involves going out, having a drink and sometimes just making it work with what you have. It kept me going. In 3 weeks I lost 2.5kgs (but looked more in comparison photos) and the following week another kg. I’m now in week 5 and I am super aware of the choices I make with food. The recipes are not super restrictive, more mindful and intentional. I loved the education side of it too, why fibre, protein, fats are important and how they work together etc. The program is wholesome and it was worth every cent in my opinion.
