I've just completed the 3 Week Body Reset and I'm so happy with how I'm feeling physically and mentally. I didn't follow the weekly plans 100% as I swapped some recipes around and was a bit relaxed in the 3rd week, a great feature of this program is the flexibility.
The positives - I am a big eater but was never hungry, my bloating, reflux and gut issues have disappeared, the afternoon slump has gone, I feel relaxed, energised, and healthy, with a positive mindset to continue and as a bonus I have lost 3 kg's my pants are comfortable to wear again!
The cons - for me there aren't any!
