I recently completed the Health with Bec 3 Week Body Reset and was really impressed. The recipes were simple, tasty, and satisfying, nothing felt like “diet food.” I didn’t follow the program 100% (life got in the way!), but I still lost weight and felt noticeably less bloated. What I loved most was how flexible and sustainable it felt. It helped me feel more in control of my eating without being restrictive or overwhelming. If you’re looking for a healthy reset that’s realistic and enjoyable, I highly recommend giving it a go.

I've just completed the 3 Week Body Reset and I'm so happy with how I'm feeling physically and mentally. I didn't follow the weekly plans 100% as I swapped some recipes around and was a bit relaxed in the 3rd week, a great feature of this program is the flexibility. The positives - I am a big eater but was never hungry, my bloating, reflux and gut issues have disappeared, the afternoon slump has gone, I feel relaxed, energised, and healthy, with a positive mindset to continue and as a bonus I have lost 3 kg's my pants are comfortable to wear again! The cons - for me there aren't any! Love the plan information, recipes and the support and info from the FB group. Thanks Bec and team x
