Life changing! Thank you Bec for creating this program. I have been following the Health with Bec lifestyle for exactly 12 months now and I will never look back. The recipes are delicious, I have maintained my goal weight for almost 6 months AND I have a cheat day every Saturday! So I never feel like I’m missing out. I simply choose 4 or 5 meals to cook each week which I have for lunches and dinners, mix up breakfasts between 3 of my faves and I always have a freezer full of Health with Bec snacks for in between! Here for life…..x

After gut issues for many years and major bowel surgery last year I am 7 weeks into Health with Bec, 6k down. Improved sleep, skin, more energy, great food and because of all the positive changes that feel so worth it for me I will be continuing this as a lifestyle change. Love all the extra recipes and just starting on the podcasts now that are so informative and make you feel like you're actually doing this with a group of people. Loving my new lifestyle Thanks Bec ❤️

The 3 Week Body Reset helped me re-establish a positive relationship with food and lose weight sustainably. I lost about 3kg over 3 weeks and continued with the program consistently for 3 months - in total I lost 10kg and have kept it off for 12 months after I stopped following the program. I still make 1 or 2 of Bec’s meals every week and keep the overall principles in mind to eat healthier.
