Have loved the 3 week reset for myself and the whole family. A menu that everyone enjoyed even the kids and at 46, I've felt my energy and mood elevate greatly plus my love handles are gone! I've also had improved sleep and found motivation to keep up regular weight sessions and exercise. Living with an auto-immune condition had me searching for ways to improve how I felt and this worked. Such a great approach to health through balanced nutrition and not once did I feel like I was on a diet or restricting food. I highly recommend Health with Bec for weight-loss, improved health and mood or even just as a nutritional learning journey. I'll certainly keep up these eating habits, we all will. I’ve just finished my 3 week challenge of this programme. I must say that I found some challenges. I followed the first week religiously however I did continue to exercise and was very busy so therefore I became quite tired. I mostly followed the structure of the second week’s menu, however even though I stuck to the guidelines of the programme I did substitute meals staying within the daily calorie limit. The third week I didn’t fast but did much the same as week two with meals chosen from the challenge within 1500 daily calories. I thoroughly enjoyed the super tasty meals and delighted in cooking new recipes, all of which I enjoyed. I have been following a gluten free, dairy free, low sugar diet for quite a few years. However I learnt much about cooking and planning higher protein and low carb meals. Even though I did not follow the challenge 100%, I am 3.2kg lighter and feel less bloated and now much more energised and clear headed.
