As a newcomer to Bec's programs I am obsessed with everything about it. Her structure of program is like nothing I have done before. Her knowledge is so relatable and powerful, but also the support of community, is, in my opinion, why so many people are getting the results they are getting and remain on track. I feel lucky as a newcomer that I also have so many of her podcasts to binge on which has further supported my journey. Thank you Bec and to all of your amazingly supportive team for having this wonderful platform that supports so many woman at one time xxx

Just 3 weeks of committing to this ‘reset’ has changed my way of looking at food and my diet. I feel healthier and lighter and so much better for having ditched the sneaky sugar and carbs. The community of HWB is amazing too. Best thing I’ve ever done for myself!

A simple to follow, tasty and adaptable plan that over a 3 week period is short enough to be able to stick to and long enough to be able to get tangible results from. Am loving this newer way of eating and adapting recipes to suit our family without being a slave to a 'diet plan'!
