This is a great program for someone who wants to eat well but has no time to work out macros and meal plans. The food is delicious and losing weight is a great bonus.

Bec’s plan was easy to follow and left me struggling to eat it all initially. The recipes were easy and not too time-consuming. Bec’s down-to-earth videos are full of information and guidance. I feel so much better, my energy has increased, I have lost weight and my hot flushes have settled. The only downside was filling my fridge with more appropriate condiments, herbs, spices etc was a little expensive to start with but once you have them you are set. I have now joined the Tribe to continue this new lifestyle.

3WBR has been easy to follow, all the food tastes delicious and the recipes are really detailed and easy to swap around. Very pleased with my results and I will continue to follow the principles taught by Bec in the future.
