I have tried so many different eating plans and even medication for weight loss with little to no results. The 3 week body reset was recommended to me by a family member who had great results from following the plan. The first week was REALLY hard but by the middle of week 3 I was seeing the scales drop and body measurements decrease as well as energy and motivation returning. The majority of the food is delicious and filling. I have continued on with the Tribe as I really want to keep losing weight and see my health improve.

Loved the HWB program, finally found something that helped reduce my bloating and lose the menopause weight! ( I lost 4.5kg in the 3 week body reset) This is a program I can stick too and I don't feel deprived, even doing the couple of days of intermittent fasting was easy with the help of the bullet proof coffee. I feel much healthier and confident I'll achieve my goal to get back to my pre-menopause weight and maintain it. Thanks Bec.

Bec’s 3 week body reset was a great plan to follow. Easy and quick recipes and a shopping list for each week that took all the hard work out of meal planning every week. The foods were yummy and I never felt like I was missing out, but the best thing was less bloating. I felt so much more comfortable in my tummy. I lost a couple of kg’s but I felt and looked like I lost more, even if the scales said I didn’t. I would recommend this program and I will take what I have learnt going forward. Thank you.
