I joined because I wanted to stop feeling blergh... and it worked! Can't believe how quickly I stopped having sugar cravings and the 4pm slump (week 1), then week 2 I felt clearer in my head, and more motivated, and week 3 I felt stronger and so proud of myself for sticking to it. Love how this plan allows you to be flexible to suit your life while still sticking to the principles that get the weight off. Though weight loss wasn't my main goal (I didn't need to weigh as my clothes felt so different), I lost almost 3 kilos in 3 weeks and am continuing following the basics of the plan using my favourite recipes from the 3WBR and changing some of my family favourites to fit LC/GF eating. I have also joined the Tribe for accountability, motivation and more recipes! Thank you Bec for getting me to finally stick to the LC lifestyle. I'm hooked!

I did the '3 Week Body Reset' as a detox and reset to boost my energy levels. I have loved how easy the process was, with simple instructions and easy, tasty recipes. I finished the three weeks last Sunday and have stuck with it to continue to see the health benefits that I am enjoying. This was the health reset I needed!
