Great and easy program to follow. Video content was great. Some of the recipes are acquired tastes but you can repeat the ones you love which is what I did. Not sure how easy it is to combine eating in this plan for the whole family realistically especially with younger kids. I found week 1-2 easy but didn’t maintain consistency which came down more to my planning or lack of. I would recommend giving this an go especially if you want to learn healthier habits.
