I completed the 3 week reset, found the whole process really good. I was never a cook but enjoyed making the foods and getting back into the kitchen. Having the shopping list each week made life that much easier. The bonus at the end of the three weeks for me was I have lost just over half my goal weight yippee. I have joined the Tribe as I still have a lot to learn and I feel I still need the meal plans to progress.

I thoroughly enjoyed learning the theory behind following a low sugar high protein diet. The eating plan and recipes were very easy to follow and adaptable to suit our tastes and budget. The eating out guide definitely helped with my meal choices when dining at a restaurant. I am hoping to continue adhering to the principles of Bec’s eating plan.

My cousin raved about the results so I gave it a try after nothing else was working. So happy with my results in the first 3 weeks! The food is really tasty, heaps of variety and the best part is not feeling hungry!
