I completed the Three Week Body Reset and lost over 3kg but, importantly, 7 cms off my waist! This the first time in years I've been able to stick to a plan for longer than a few days and the first weight loss I've seen in a long time.
After the first week, I noticed my blood sugar had stabilised, I wasn't getting any spikes and crashes, I wasn't hungry or getting cravings.
I have approximately 20 kg to lose so I have joined the follow on programme and am continuing to get results.
I've managed to eat out and at times, adapted the programme to fit my lifestyle, being kind to myself in realising that this will need to happen from time to time. It's not just a short term plan, it has to become a way of life.
For the first time in a long time, I feel confident that this is a way of eating I can continue with to not only reach my weight loss and health goals but also to enjoy great food that makes me feel great!
