Amazing! I can’t believe the results, high energy levels, weight loss of 4.7kg and 5-7cm off my bust, waist and & hips in just 3 weeks! Ive gone from size 12 to a size 10 and can zip up my old jeans I have not been able to wear in 5 years because my tummy was so bloated all the time! No more bloating. I’ve gone from never cooking at home (I used to hate the thought of cooking). Now I’m excited every morning about what healthy/nutritious and tasty food I’m going to delight in, every single day. I completed the Three Week Body Reset and lost over 3kg but, importantly, 7 cms off my waist! This the first time in years I've been able to stick to a plan for longer than a few days and the first weight loss I've seen in a long time. After the first week, I noticed my blood sugar had stabilised, I wasn't getting any spikes and crashes, I wasn't hungry or getting cravings. I have approximately 20 kg to lose so I have joined the follow on programme and am continuing to get results. I've managed to eat out and at times, adapted the programme to fit my lifestyle, being kind to myself in realising that this will need to happen from time to time. It's not just a short term plan, it has to become a way of life. For the first time in a long time, I feel confident that this is a way of eating I can continue with to not only reach my weight loss and health goals but also to enjoy great food that makes me feel great!

Today marks exactly 6 months into my HWB journey. I was 51 years old and the heaviest I’d ever been. A photo taken at the start of this year of myself with my daughter was my wake up call. She looked amazing dressed up for her year 12 ball. I on the other hand didn’t recognise myself. So that’s when I decided to give myself 1 year to change my life. My target was set. 10 kg to kick to touch. I did the 3WBR and then joined the tribe shortly after. So today, 6 months later, I can report- I did it. 6 months ahead of schedule! 10 kg and 52 cm all over, gone. I can’t believe that changing my what I thought was a very healthy diet to an even healthier one changed everything so quickly. I have always been a regular gym goer and a runner but could never shift any weight. Menopause had arrived and so had that “ well it’s age and this is how it is” feeling. But I didn’t let that stop me. I kept looking at that photo and told myself it would be worth it. I stuck to the plan pretty much exactly. Still had the odd days off and decided I deserved it. My plan now is to carry on as I am. Maintain my weight and be happy. I didn’t think this was going to work but the proof is in my numbers and definitely in my clothes! Thank you Bec and team ❤️
