I recently completed the 3 week body reset and have joined the Health with Bec Tribe. I'm really loving this new way of eating. I have always resisted the thought of low carb and no sugar, two things I would have said I couldn't do without, but this plan proved me wrong. After the initial withdrawal I feel amazing, more energy, more resilience and no sugar cravings! I don't need to lose a huge amount of weight and have lost 3kg but more importantly I'm leaner and my clothes are fitting better. I love the structure, the fact that all the calorie counting is done for me and that I have a variety of nutritious well balanced meals to choose from, with access to even more!

Loved this programme! It’s been a game changer for someone who has always struggled to stick to “diets”. I have now finished the 3 week reset and have not only lost weight but have learnt heaps of great tips and tricks too. The recipes are YUM and it’s definitely something I can see will be quite easily integrated into my lifestyle going forward. Highly recommend if you are looking for a programme to help you get back on track without feeling like you are missing out. I’m motivated to continue on this path so thank you Bec and team!
