I had considered starting the Health with Bec program for a number of years but finally decided to commit to it and I'm very glad that I did. I always loved my carbohydrates (particularly fresh bread and pasta), daily orange juice and chocolate! Bec's program has helped me combat cravings for all of these and after nearly 4 weeks, the thought of having a slice of bread makes me feel ugh. My portion sizes have shrunk and I'm learning what to look for when buying groceries and how to cook meals that don't need to be loaded with potatoes, pasta or rice. I have lost nearly 5kg and 26cm (clothes are definitely feeling looser). In week 3 I found I had a lot more energy and the motivation to exercise more. I am determined to continue with the meal plans - particularly as my elderly father (who lives with my husband and I) tells me that it was a delicious meal every night! Thanks so much Bec!
