After many years of bloating and yo yo diets, I decided to sign up to Health with Bec’s. The three week kick start was amazing, the bloating disappeared in a few days and my energy levels increased. My husband loved the meals too. At the end of the three weeks I lost 5 kg and inches from my waistline. It was a no brainer to join the tribe. Love the meal planner and all the supporting emails. I only wish I had signed up the first time I read about Becs. I can’t wait to see my progress in the next few months.

I’ve loved my first three weeks on the HWB program. I have had loads of energy, haven’t been hungry once and have enjoyed the food immensely. I’d highly recommend it to anybody who is looking to lose some weight or just looking to rebalance your gut (and general) health.

What a journey. Just turned 50 and decided enough is enough. Having tried a multitude of different diet plans/strategies I thought I'd give "Health with Bec" a try. Best health investment yet. She walks you through exactly what to eat and uses the power of why to keep you going .There is support via podcasts, emails and facebook groups. And most importantly, I wasn't hungry. I didn't think that was possible. So 4 weeks in and 6.1kg down. If you are on the fence, take the plunge and spend the time and money on yourself. You will not regret it.
