We all know we should eat healthy but if you need that extra support and guidance this is right plan for you.This plan actually thought me how to eat and stop snacking on wrong food. I love having meal plan ready with shopping list and really delicious recipes! Each week I lost one kilo without of any exercise. So happy I took this step and invested in my health. I would also recommend Bec's podcast which is very helpful!

I have tried so many times to lose weight and some have worked, but after some time the weight creeps back on. Health with Bec is not only gives you full meal plans, but the support and information is huge! It takes all the guessing out of eating for you, and just makes it that much easier to be successful. I have just completed the 3 week body reset and lost weight with very little effort or having to think about what I was going to eat each day. I am now working through how i can continue to lose weight by joining the Tribe!

So informative and the recipes were delicious. After 3 weeks, I truly want to make this a way of life, not just as a means to lose weight. I did lose weight which is a bonus but as far as stopping the yo yo dieting, I truly can see this becoming a forever way to eat. Cravings gone and a wonderful feeling if being in control. I definitely recommend this program.
