Recommend this easy to follow regime, it really helped me to structure my nutrition and was able to adapt meals for others. Bec preparation and continued contact with emails and messages throughout was great support for keeping on track. Here's to continued adoption of the plans to support the commitment to my wellbeing and health and doing this in a realistic and sustainable way to be my best version and how i fuel my body

Honestly, this is really the best I've felt in a really long time. I lost 4kg in the first two weeks, 5 over the entire 3 weeks. I'm enjoying making salads again, loving coconut yoghurt and what is said about gut health and bloat is spot on. My clothes are fitting better and I'm feeling better, physically & mentally ;-) thank you!!

I, like so many have tried every eating plan on earth and can say I failed fantastically. I was basically at my wits end as my weight continued. I am a very active if not over active person and it is one thing that has been my go to in all my ups and downs in life and I definitely have had my share of shit but physical exercise was my go to. I was diagnosed with AF about 2 years ago which was a bit of a blow. I’m on meds that regulates my heart but stops me performing at race pace. I have found this extremely hard and still do as I am very competitive. I am a big individual at 6ft so could hide my weight easier than most. I am through menopause and just wanted to go through my next phase of life lighter & more confident. A lot of things happened all at once and one was getting very sick and losing 6kgs (not the way I like to lose weight) and my whole system changed. I suddenly couldn’t handle a lot of food as it would go straight throw me. In the past I was lucky to go to the toilet every 3 days. I thought I didn’t want to put back on the weight I had lost but knew from past experiences that I needed to do this sensibly. At this time a dare friend came over to visit and we got talking and she suggested you ‘Health with Bec’s’ so I started listening to your podcasts. Everything you said were light bulb moments. I kept saying that’s me but I must admit I was a bit scared of trying something once again and failing. I felt a bit beaten down so I followed your principles for 3 weeks and then decided to take the plunge and sign up for the 3 weeks reset. I lost 2.3 kgs so I am very pleased with the result. One thing I did do is I have not done any exercise for about 3 months now as I have been pretty hard out training since I was 10. I am 53 now just felt I needed to concentrate on one thing so I wasn’t beating myself up if I didn’t train. I needed a big reset. I have joined the tribe and looking at incorporating exercise in now. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and changing peoples lives. ❤️
