I joined the 3 week reset as I was looking to lose a few kilos, reduce inflammation and kickstart a few healthier habits. Whilst I didn’t lose much weight (probably just over a kg) I really loved having access to the delicious menu plans and shopping list. I was able to adapt easily to suite my routine and family and they enjoyed trying some new meals, yay! Overall I have also noticed I am feeling less bloated, more confident and making better choices… and snacking less! I love the educational aspect which makes this both flexible and sustainable and, although being pretty healthy already, I am looking forward to keeping up with this way of eating. Definitely a great program to try!

I recently did the 3 week program to improve my gut health and energy, and within the first week felt so much better, tummy feels so much lighter. Was a little bit to wrap my head around all the prep, but I think it was more a mental block. The support online was really helpful, as was all the info. I adapted the days to suit for dinners etc, and definitely enjoyed all the meals. I have never done anything like this prior, but would definitely recommend it.

Am so thankful to you Bec for all the hours of planning the meals, putting together recipes and shopping lists. It made it so easy to follow along with all the extra info such as podcasts and emails
