I can’t recommend this program enough, after the 3 week body rest I have lost 4.9kgs, and also gained confidence as all of my clothes now fit. I don’t have any bloating, my bowel issues have improved, my dry scalp is so much better (I think sugar was the problem). I love the food, never felt deprived and found the meal prep easy, even though I work 6 days a week and have many commitments. This is now my way of life, I feel I have so much more to learn so I’ve joined the tribe, plus I listen to Bec’s podcasts which are really helpful and helps keep the focus and momentum. If you thinking about trying this plan, stop thinking and do it!!!! Thanks Bec for creating a safe space and sharing your knowledge.
