I can’t recommend this program enough, after the 3 week body rest I have lost 4.9kgs, and also gained confidence as all of my clothes now fit. I don’t have any bloating, my bowel issues have improved, my dry scalp is so much better (I think sugar was the problem). I love the food, never felt deprived and found the meal prep easy, even though I work 6 days a week and have many commitments. This is now my way of life, I feel I have so much more to learn so I’ve joined the tribe, plus I listen to Bec’s podcasts which are really helpful and helps keep the focus and momentum. If you thinking about trying this plan, stop thinking and do it!!!! Thanks Bec for creating a safe space and sharing your knowledge. Forever thank you Kel

Hi Bec I am so grateful for your guidance throughout the last three weeks. I'm extremely happy with the results I have achieved in just 3 weeks. 4kgs lighter, with 2cm off my bust, 3cm from my waist and 5cm off my hips. I am now not looking to have a sleep at 3.30 in the afternoon. My clothes are fitting better and I'm more comfortable in them. Exercise in the morning is my new drug. I love it. I always have, you have just reminded me how important it is to do. It gives me focus and motivation throughout the day. I have joined the Tribe and will continue to be guided by you to help me accomplish my goals. (Next year my girlfriends and I would like to go on a hiking holiday in Tasmania. I will do this without any pain in my knees!!!!). Once again thanks for helping me achieve my goals.
