I am on week 4 after starting my health with Bec journey. 5kg down. Less bloating. Feeling good. I love that the recipes are simple, normal foods. Lots of the diet/earring plans I’ve done in the past are weird foods that I wouldn’t normally eat and some of them I have been unable to tolerate - too many legumes for example. I am a sweet tooth, but I don’t indulge very often. I love that there are some recipes included in the plan that make me feel like I’m having a treat.
