I was happy with my health outcome using 'Health with Bec' recipes. They are just what I've been looking for, recipes that I can use to help alleviate my health issues. I feel good; I've stopped using some supplements after chatting with my GP.
While I enjoyed the meals, I found the prep took longer than I had allowed for. This has shown me that I need to plan ahead, which is a positive. I'm looking forward to being in the tribe.
