I started HWB 3 week body reset mid December and found it easy to follow, delicious and filling recipes and was able to lose 3.7kgs and cms from my chest, waist and thighs following the plan. Xmas was a challenge but after getting back on track, the weight came off again. The eating plan, shopping list was all done and it has made me realize that I was eating just for the sake of eating. I was able to give up sugar in my coffee and stop all the mindless snacking even when I wasn't hungry. Now I have filling meals and I am not hungry for a long time. Even the fasting a few days was easy too. I have more energy and am making more sensible choices when it comes to eating. It's definitely a lifestyle change and I aim to keep it up going forward so I can feel better about myself and improve my health.
