I started HWB 3 week body reset mid December and found it easy to follow, delicious and filling recipes and was able to lose 3.7kgs and cms from my chest, waist and thighs following the plan. Xmas was a challenge but after getting back on track, the weight came off again. The eating plan, shopping list was all done and it has made me realize that I was eating just for the sake of eating. I was able to give up sugar in my coffee and stop all the mindless snacking even when I wasn't hungry. Now I have filling meals and I am not hungry for a long time. Even the fasting a few days was easy too. I have more energy and am making more sensible choices when it comes to eating. It's definitely a lifestyle change and I aim to keep it up going forward so I can feel better about myself and improve my health. I highly recommend this program as a kickstart to a healthy eating lifestyle. The support from Bec and her staff and the FB members has been amazing too.

Absolutely chuffed with how I felt during and after the 3WBR - I have arthritis in my knees and pain due to herniated discs in my lower back - this has all lessened along with gaining more overall energy. Found the food easy to manage, just chose what was easy to fit in with busy work and family life. Got rid of my sugar cravings and the afternoon slump. The principles are really simple and make perfect sense. Lost 5.8kg in the 3 weeks so obviously my body was really ready for a change!

I’ve just completed The 3 Week Body Reset and absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking about it. I was so pleasantly surprised by the results and how delicious all the meals were. The meal plans are easy to follow and the shopping lists help too so you know exactly what you need to get ahead of time. I have lost over 40 cm and about 4 kilos and gained energy, motivation and a new healthier lifestyle which I am really enjoying. I don’t crave carbs and sugar anymore either. My hubby was also very impressed by the delicious meals too. I’ve now joined The Tribe and look forward to continuing this healthy lifestyle.
