I did Bec's 3 Week Body Reset and lost a whopping 3.8kg. I turned 60 this year and have always struggled with my metabolism. In 40 years of yo-yo dieting I've never lost more 1-2 kg in the first 3 weeks so I was shocked when I stood on the scales and saw the number.
