I stumbled upon Health With Bec on social media - I have always believed in eating well but I didn't have the guidance I needed, Bec's Program has given me that and more! Since January I have lost 15kgs and don't feel like I'm starving, dieting or missing out, I'm just more mindful of what I'm eating and putting in my body. I love Bec's program, her whole approach, it's supportive, encouraging and informative. I am so grateful I stumbled across it - I will follow the HWB approach for the rest of my life.
