I did not lose heaps of weight but feeling a lot better. Once you get over the cravings, it’s a lot easier to make into your a new way of eating most of the time.

This was super easy to follow thanks to the shopping lists and meal plan. I did have to be more prepared than usual especially for my days in the office, but it wasn’t much of a hassle. The family ate the dinners too, just with added carb portions like rice and pasta. I lost 3kg in the 3 weeks.

Having followed Health with Bec 3 Week Reset in the last 3 weeks, I am very happy with the progress I made with my weight loss not to mention feeling more energised, less bloating and headaches, well, non existent. I still have a way to go with weight loss but with ongoing support from Bec, her team and tribe members, I am certain my goals will be reached in time and with effort.
