So much work and knowledge has been put into creating a well thought out, adaptable and educational program. It was definitly worth the investment to lose 2.5 kilos in 3 weeks while eating really tasty meals, mostly not feeling hungry, and with zero hanger. My partner and I loved 95% of the recipes, and enjoyed not having to think about what to cook for dinner each night. We are in our sixties, vegetable focused, don't calorie or macro count, and it was great not having to do this as its all already taken care of. You can swap any meals around and remake the ones you like. It was insightful to experience being satiated with smaller portions, without bread, potatoes or rice, while eating healthy whole food. There was alot of educational reading at the start, and it was a bit challenging to get in the swing of the shopping and cooking requirements, but by the last week, this was much easier, as ingredients became staples in the pantry, and dinners became next day lunches. I found it much better to read all to pre work and be as prepared as possible, as it really helps once day 1 starts. It's a simple click of a link to delay the start of the program each week until you feel organised and across it all.This is definitely sustainable for us to continue with as a lifestyle and be healthier and lighter heading towards retirement years, and ultimately to just eat this way to remain at healthy weights. Another kilo has already vanished after week 4! Thanks Bec for the massive amount of work and support that has gone into this.
