After 3 weeks, I had lost 3 kilos and my bloating had definitely eased. I wasn’t as religious in following the last 2 weeks due to personal circumstances however adapted where I could and the tips re eating out were very helpful. Well worth the effort involved and will continue to follow the principles, as it is easy to follow and makes sense for me.
